Before Years i got admitted for Acl tear in left leg After that its ok Now i have severe pain and very difficult to walk

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. -(You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use a pillow under the knee. --. we would like to have few more inputs since when is the pain did you have similar instance previously how is the pain when you sit for long time and then you try to get up how is the pain while sitting cross-legged or taking stairs is the pain in front or back did you have a twisted incident or injury was there fever some days back out right now is there pain in any other joint is there pain while you wake up in the morning are you using any medications for any entity like diabetes blood pressure asthma fits etc do you have any allergies history in the past do you have problems of gastric upset
