I've been suffering from pain and itching near the anus area.i have a doubt that it may be piles or fistula.i have constipation also.i smoke and drink very less.bleeding never happened when passing stool.so please help me.

It could be worms as well and infection . Do you have any mild.pain abdomen ? Any acidity or constipation?
