I have pain in right hand, right shoulder, tingling sensation in hand since 3-4 days. I am taking calcium and vitamin tablets daily since last 1 month. Please suggest any medicine

Pain radiating from upper back, shoulder to right hand suggests compression on nerve supplying the affected part..This can cause associated tingling sensation and numbness.. Calcium and vitamin d supplements won't solve the problem for you.. You need a proper clinical examination for adequate diagnosis and treatment.

This problem may be due to Cervical Spondylosis causing nerve compression on right side nerve roots.
Next Steps
You should start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet. Start Physiotherapy for pain relief.
