She has a pain problem on her back and leg when she is standing for a long period of time(10-15mins). Otherwise while sitting or laying, no pain occurs. Can u suggest any medicine which can relieve the pain.

Back pain radiating to lower limbs is due to spinal cord compression/ disc prolapse. Proper evaluation by an orthopaedic surgeon is required. U can start with tab zerodol mr twice a day, tab pregabalin 75 mg at night, physiotherapy. X-ray of LS spine is required and may require MRI spine for further diagnosis
