I have restricted movement of my left upper arm which has been very worse over the past 6 months and is accompanied by pain when raised fully above head or when taken behind back

Sir thats is frozen shouldr I advise to contact a physio.and started some exercises and maintain your diabetes level if u r diabetic. Avoid the weight lifting . And I advised u a left shoulder m.r.i.
