Hi, I have been suffering from severe pain on my upper back ( specially the right and left side of the upper back) since last 5 days.. The pain seems to more severe specially in the morning right after waking up.. I am doing exercises and slight stretching also but it will be ok for the day and then again same problem repeats next day morning.. Is it normal or need any medication? And what are the reason for such pain? Plz guide me.. Thank you.
