Pain on right shoulder and hip

I fell while playing yesterday on right shoulder. It didnt pain much but today it started paining on my hips and shoulder very severely I can t move my right shoulder. I m sponging the area with hot water and took painkiller but still its not going What should i do please help

Fall on right shoulder followed by late onset of pain may have resulted from soft tissue injury. Usually injury to the bone cause instant pain at the injured site. Shoulder pain could be due to bones , ligaments and muscles .
Next Steps
As your pain progressive ,you need to get examined by the doctor and an x-ray
