Hyperbuckling of posterior cruciate ligament with mild sprin noted 4.Grade3 intrasubstance hyperintensity posterior horn of medial meniscus - likely tear 5.Diffuse intrasubstance hyperintensity with thinning of anteriorcrucial ligament noted like partial tear mid and distal fibers
