Got slapped on the my left ear 4 days back.. had a bussing sound and slight pain till yesterday.. pain started to increase inside left ear and back of the head.. fluid coming from ears.

As per your description you might have developed traumatic perforation in the left ear.. need to be confirmed by otoscopy.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
