Pain in upper right side back n stomach

I have pain in upper right side back shoulder blade area and pressure in stomach since yesterday night, i am not able to sleep on back or right side because of that, even if I am sleeping on left side I am feeling pressure in stomach.I have vomited once What can be the reason of pain? It has become less now but still pain is there and not able to sleep

Pain can be be due to many reason's and one mail region in female is Cholilithiasis. Other causes may be due to Hepatitis,Ac.Gastritis ect.
