Hello mam/sir ...i hv extract my maxillay 3rd molar tooth today  ...plz let me know the diagnosis am attaching picture

Hello mam, Proper food n medicine on time n good oral hygiene is must.. Eat lot of ice creams.. For pain . Relief ..no need for replacement.. As 3 molar region, these are not accessible so they get decayed....
