Pain in tooth and gum

2 years back I had a root canal and since now it was perfectly alright but since 2 days I m feeling uncontrollable pain in touching my tooth and in the gum below that tooth . I am talking zerodol Sp and cap amox 500 mg since yesterday but nothing is happening.. I took ketrol dt once when the pain control was troubling very much. But now the situation is worsening Please help and suggest some medicine

Hi,  this happens due to root canal failure ,there is a pus accumulation .
Next Steps
visit your nearby dentist , xray to be taken.

take augmentin 625 mg 2 times a day with pain killer wat you are  already taking warm salt water gargling

If their is pain after 2 years there might be two reasons for it A) Root canal treatment failure B) Their is some problem with gums

you need to get x ray so that it can be rule out that whether it's RCT failure or gums realted problem

(-) You can take augmentin 625 mg twice a day for three days (-) Ketorol DT sos ( -) can Use some mouthwash or simply use warm saline water

Hi,Post root canal  if there is pain after 2 yrs it is most likely  Root canal failure. It looks like there is a punctum too.. in which case there is pus accumulation due to which you have tenderness on touching. 
Next Steps
Xray to be taken to see the status of root canal  treated tooth.
Health Tips
if there is swelling associated,  amox will not work , you will have to take higher antibiotics -augmentin 625 mg twice a day for 5 days - metrogyl 400 mg twice 5 days as you are already taking penicillin I am ruling out allergy to penicillin.
