Hi I have pain sometimes on the tip of my penis. My foreskin is also very tight and doest comes back till end and i have a lot of pain during intercourse.

Generally this problem is presented in childhood only called as Phimosis. But as per your age you are an middle aged man this should not be phimosis and even if it is then ut should be very mild to left unnoticed till date. Since when u r experiencing this?
