Pain in thumb of my left toe

Which pain killer can I use to reduce pain in my thumb nail of left toe. I am sensing an hairline fracture as there is a bit of swelling along with pain & I am not able to bend the thumb upwards. Is it fracture or sprain? Non of the doctors are available till tomorrow so request you to help me with pain killer for tonight

You can try any otc pain medication  Which is available with you. Did you have any injury? Fracture should be determined by xray,  so please consult with a doctor for further treatment
