Pain in the lower neck area

I experience a lot of pain continuously in the lower neck region, especially while looking up or looking down. Please advise. I am male and My age is 35. I do not have to work continuously on a computer

Consult with X'RAY cervical spine AP Lat views meanwhile take Tab Voveran 75 SR one tab twice daily after meals for 5 days.
