Pain in the back side

Hi Doctors, I am experiencing some kind of pain at the back side. I have attached an image that shows where exactly I'm having the pain. It started 3 days back and the pain is more when I stand and sit without any back rest. Also when I bend forward, I feel the pain is intense. I don't feel the pain while sleeping. I am not sure where exactly the problem lies. Please help!

Sounds like musculoskeletal pain. Apply diclofenac gel or spray. Can take . NSAID with muscle relaxant tablet. Can apply ice pack.
