Something got stuck between my tooth and caused pain for few days.then I noticed black colour dot on tooth.the teeth becoming more sensitive to hot and cold

hello, you need to visit a dentist and get it checked. get an x-ray done if required. if there is a cavity, you need to get it filled. if there is infection to the root of the tooth, you need to get it treated. For sensitive teeth, you can use any good sensitive toothpaste availabe in the market.

The tooth is decayed if you can see black spot. Moreover you are feeling sensitive to hot and cold that means you have to undergo RCT followed by capping.

The black area on the tooth might be the decayed part. If your having pain on chewing and sensitivity... the tooth needs to undergoe a root canal Treatment followed with a crown. X ray needs to be taken to know the extent of the decay. Kindly visit your dental surgeon.
