0ne week ago my wife lower second molar teeth was extracted. There after feel Pain in third molar teeth what was reason.

There might have been a cavity in the 3rd molar on the surface contacting the 2nd molar. Now that the 2nd molar has been extracted, the cavity being exposed has become responsive to the external environment. Kindly get an X ray done to see if it requires filling. Also replace the the 2nd molar space with a partial denture or an implant.
