Pain in shoulder neck

History: lower back pain (herniated disk) improved after starting gym. Current: pain in left shoulder, since around a 6 weeks, closer to neck while raising hand on side. Yesterday also heard popping noise in neck while doing exercises that put pressure on neck giving me pain in neck and stiffness.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.
