Feel pain and erection in left testicle or may be scrotum and also gas problem in my back by this uncomfortable feeling. I am very confused and helpless. Please help.

Did u get trauma on testis. Get ur usg wid doppler of both scrotum to diagnose orchitis / any swelling.

boil 1/6 tsf Ajwain in 1/2 glass of water boil it 5 mins  let it slight cool drink it slowly or  4 pinch of Ajwain & 2 pinch of salt take it warm water
