Pain in Right Forearm

I regularly lift weights at gym. From a few weeks whenever I do bicep curls, with dumbbells or bar, I feel pain on the left outer side of supinated right forearm. I get relief from rest or crocin but it comes back as soon as I pick weight.

Rule out biceps tendon injury or other sprains.

It is inflammation of biceps tendon.  Give rest to ur biceps muscle by not lifting weights for two weeks.
