Suffering from pain in heel from last 4 month unable to walk properly in morning while waking up after 5 mins it will reduce. I have to stand minimum 5 hours per day . Kindly suggest good opinion Thanking you.

Hi, this is Dr. Praveen Podali, happy to help you. With the history which u have given. ? Plantar facitis. Or is there history of any fall 4 months back affecting ur foot. ? U need to do 1. Physiotherapy (ankle pumps) 2. Foot insoles 3. Analgesics 4. MCR footwear
