I was fallen down from my bike towards rightside And my right shoulder started paining but there was no swelling . After two applying heat compression and Omni gel somehow pain get reduced . I was able to move my hand in much position .. But only thing is that I am not able to lift my hand upward as it feels like two much force exerting on right hand bone near shoulder and in arms ...

Use arm sling for a  wk Then start shoulder exercises gradually. You may need PCM for pain. Visit a ortho clinic , if no relief.

Rest Analgesics Ice For 1 weeks If pain persist after that n u won’t b able to lift need to consult orthopedic for further investigation

Wait for 1 week with muscle relaxants and hot therapy. If pain not subsided , it could be muscle injury so better consult specialist doctor. May need MRI to rule out muscle injury
