I am having on piles treatment from last 2 months with below medicine's - arshkuthar RAS, arshovani vati, abhyarishta all twice daily and nagkesar on sos basis if it bleeds...Applying Himalayas piled ointment once in a daytime during evening and taking hot sitz bath from last one month. Initially it was paining while standing or sitting both but now its pain only while standing and that too only in right part internally, till few hours after defection in the morning, it has been almost 10 days there is no bleeding. Got relief from above medicines but not completely. How long I shall take this medicine without side effects. And why it pains only right side of anus now ?
