Pain in nose

I scratched by nose by mistake last week and it got wounded and started swelling more and more  and it's getting more and more painful. Please help what do I do

Need to take ENT examination as early as possible. It could be vestibulitis, it needs to address on time

for immediate pain relief, can take paracetamol 650mg thrice , if you r not allergic to it. need of oral antibiotics can apply antibiotic ointment (neosporin H) at affected area in nostril
