I am suffering neck pain since last two days due to sleeping position.please suggest me any medicine for that.

Hello sir, Use this tab Etoshine MR BD*3 dys, hot foementation for the painful part and use a neck roll while sleeping. You'll definitely feel better. All the best

Physiotheraphy is the best one. Muscle relaxant and pain killers might be helpful. Once pain settles do neck muscle strengthening exercises.
