A week before there huge pain in neck and upper back and as the days gone past..the.pain was at neck.and spine joint. Which can be felt in the arms . No injury

Looks like cervical issue. Avoid neck jerks. Regular neck exercises Sos painkillers

Hello Practo User, The symptoms you mentioned are due to pressure in the cervical spine. Correct your posture, don't sit  for long time.
