Dear Sir/Madam, Please note that I am having severe pain around the left side of my naval area. Kindly clarify the reason of the pain and suggest a suitable medication for it

Normal may be takes laces due to acidity hence  u simply can take any Gelusil MPS 2 TSF tds along T Buscopan 1 bd x 3 days ,if relive well and good ,if not u r needed for further evaluation otherwise no need to worry
