Slight heel pain last 2 weeks.. Very bad after my dance class Wednesday evening... Doing exercises for planters fisciitis since yesterday.. It has improved, but there's a slight pain all the way down my left leg and heel when i walk

Heel pain has many causes. The pain which u r referring to is coming from the lower spine due to irritation of nerve of the lower limb. U need to visit an orthopedician to assess & evaluate & find the cause of it & get treatment accordingly.

I don't think the pain is from lowerspine.  U may consult nearby physiotherapy centre.  Treatment with ultrasound therapy for a week day will give you better change and you should wear MCR Footwear.
