Pain in my knees

I started gym. Did that for 5-6 days. There after gym was closed for 3 days. I went for jogging in a ground which has 1.75 km jogging track. But after taking two rounds including half way jogging and half way walking mix, i had injury in my knees and i am unable to walk. I know that starting physical exercises leys you have pain in your body that i already had when i started gym and since i did gym for 6 days before it the pain was over. I am not able to walk sit comfortably. What should i do.

Consult your physiotherapist and start taking treatment for isometric knee exercise, strengthening of your knee ligament and dynamic exercise for knee muscle
