I have pain since last 3 months in my Heel, generally no problem but when I touched it or it may be hit some where I feel more pain, kindly suggest.

Ice fomentation .silicon heel pads . Most probably it would be plantar facitis . If still pain aggravating get it examined clinically by an orthopaedic surgeon
