Pain in middle of the back

I have a pain in middle of the back just below the ribcage. The pain starts after the 5min work of kitchen. It's happening on daily basis and it starts from the right side and move towards the left. Please suggest any solution for my problem.

hello just don't lift heavy weights or bend forward too much . apply cold and hot compression for medical prescription or medical advice do consult if you want to .... apply diclofenac gel on that area and give rest ...
