Do Hot packs 4 to 5 times a day. U may need some muscle relaxants followed by Back and core strengthening exercises. Visit your ortho doc for the same. He wil examine and give you proper treatment for the same.

Pain in the hip can be due to many conditions. It can be from the hip per say, the spine , pelvis and muscles around the hip region. The nature , character, associated tingling and numbness, radiation of pain would give a clue to where the pain comes from.. Better get it checked in time with orthopedic surgeon.
