Pain in lower groi and groin

Since the last 6 days i have very little pain in my lower back and groin. It started with a little pain in back and groin. Next day i had to frequently urinate then i started feeling burning sensation in my bladder stomach. The pain and sensations are not high they are low intensity. I searched and found it could be urinary tract infection. So i started taking cranberry juice with more citric acid and vitamin c food. I am also taking yakult. But that little pain is still there with frequent urination. What to do?
