Pain in lower back

Since i started my job, i have developed a constant pain in my lower back. The pain is not too much but low constant pain irritates me. It generally occurs in the evening time in office hours. It also occurs when i run or do excessive cardio. Please suggest

Dear Its due to ligament stiffness of spine which irritates after getting overstrain to alert ur fatigue level as ur sitting antigravity position for more than ur limit,it's just like alarm to give u signal.....Hope everything will get fixed

Hi try to take a break from work and dnt sit for longer duration.Strenthen ur back by doing back exercises.Consult near by physiotherapy center.
