Pain in left lower quardrant of stomach

Having mild pain just like side stitch in lower abdomen which radiates to side bones and hip bones. Relieves after having food at times.

Pain in the lower abdomen should not have much relationship with the food. I think a clinical examination is required before we comment on this.
