Consult neurosurgeon online/clinic. It should not be taken lightly. Sciatica is a possible underlying cause.
Next Steps
Consult neurosurgeon. Watch for worsening of symptoms or appearance of new symptoms
Health Tips
Don't lift too much weight. As far as possible avoid bending forward at the waist.

Agree with my colleagues. Slip disc leads to compression of nerve root leading to radiating pains. Imaging if u have it would be helpful. Better to take nearest neurologist opinion or if possible online consultation. Avoid bending, straining , lifting weights.

Slip disc causes sciatica which is leg pain. It would be better if you uploaded your reports which suggest slip disc
Next Steps
upload your reports and book for online consultation

Pain only one side can be sciatica- your guess is right. But, given your age, would not take it lightly. Please speak to a doctor. Face to face consultation would be helpful. If not possible due to prevailing conditions, Please do a Tele consult
