Pain in left leg

I have been having a pain in my left leg beneath knee and I have been having this pain for almost more than few weeks and it is increasing day by day as I am having difficult in walking I cant stand up quickly if I sit down and I cant run exercise and now both my legs arey causing pain from thigh to toe but the most pain I have is in my left leg beneath my knee.

Get xrays done Till then take paracetamol for pain Hot water bags Check for fever Gentle massage if not painful Consult if no relief
