Pain in left knee

This pain is present since more than a year. I don't feel any pain during normal running/walking/playing, but I feel pain if I keep my left knee on the ground(example if I stand on my knees), also i feel pain while kicking(jerk) from my left knee.

You will have to get yourself assessed for knee ligament injury. Kindly visit an orthoepdic surgeon.
