Pain in left hand

Hi, I have pain starting at a point around the left shoulder blade, which radiates to my left hand till fingers . Also my left leg jerk sometimes while walking

It can be due to various reasons- wrong posture, overuse of muscles or tight muscles and due to repitive use this is causing the pain. Give some rest, take proper physiotherapy, TNS machine, some exercises and it should be fine.
