I have been having pain in my left calf for about a month now. The pain increases while pressing the muscle just left of the shin bone just below the knee. I have no reddness swelling or discolouration in the area, but the pain is constant.

It could be due to avulsion of muscles at the origin site. Take proper course of pain killers and muscle relaxants. If not resolved get an MRI Done
