Pain in gums

I am having pain in gums an all my teeth are paining. And which toothpaste is best. I do oil pulling as well.

If you have pain in your gums, you might have periodontal problems. Pictures would be really helpful in diagnosing the problem. If its a periodontal problem it would be best to visit a dentist and get scaling done.

In the meanwhile you can use chlorhexidine mouthwash for a week twice daily.

Water salt gargle repeatedly if no h/o blood pressure. Otherwise do not add salt in the process. To be done only if it's relieving pain. Pls attach a picture for further guidance. Toothpaste may not be the solution in this case.
