I am feeling pain in right upper and lower gum when I eat something not when I touch the teeth but when I press the gums I do feel

Most probably it must be the wisdom tooth. Usually the food gets stuck in gum pocket at end of an erupting wisdom tooth.local treatment can alleviate pain.

schedule a visit to rule out any active Infection at site
