Pain in gum seven days Tooth extraction

I had my tooth extracted 7 days ago but still i feel pain in and around gums .. some white hard lump is visible inside the gum of the tooth which was extracted.. is this normal healing process ?? I have attached photo of mine.. pls advise

It’s normal healing process. Maintain good oral hygiene. Done let food get stuck in that region. Gargle thrice daily with lukewarm saline water. It will take around 2-3 weeks for the gums to heal.

The attached image is suggestive of normal healing process. Nothing looks concerning. A normal extraction socket take 3-4 weeks to completely heal and be covered with gums.
