My nephew has pan in his right ear. He is 3 years old. Is it due to cold or something else?

if there is any discharge think about ear infection otherwise no need to worry
... give otogesic ear drops
2 drops in each side
Give cold syrup
And give Nasoclear drops 2 drops in each nostrils

Yes, If he is having cold symptoms like running nose, sneezing , cough, then he may get ear pain. If he is not having any cold symptoms, then it may be due to infection or something else.

With cold symptoms present , give paracetamol, & use Normal Saline Nasal drops.
