Hello, It might be due to skin abrasion while cleaning with ear buds. Take one pain killer to reduce pain and inflammation. Try to avoid water entry into the ear otherwise it will cause infection or fungus in the ear canal. Use wax dissolving ear drops for softening of wax.
Health Tips
Avoid self ear cleaning.
