Pain in coccyx bone

Severe pain in coccyx bone since Dec 2014.  In xray, MRI and CT scan noting abnormal finding but still pain is there. Advised to use cushion seat and some tablets as in attachment. Please suggest further steps to get relief from pain.

u need to use ring cushion for initial time other wise if pain persists u can go ahead for pain block Dr pathak oyster and pearl hospital shivajinar pune
