Pain in both hands

Hi i am male 35. I feel pain in both arms/hands while moving is it normal or some thing else.some times I only feel pain in left arms some time I feel pain in left arms when I am sitting or resting.this is happening from fee days.A have a defiency of vitamin d is this because of this i am taking a medicine for that.
