Pain in Bones

I have Tuberculosis and having treatment for this since 2 months but from some days I am feeling pain in my bones specially I have problem my knee as I am suffering continues pain in it and if I put force on it I get instant pain and unable to move it smoothly.

Don't stop your Tubercular treatment, Continue Tubercular chemotherapy as per schedule,  Knee physiotherapy Try to flex knee if easy Flexion with slight force,  continue same and try to achieve 90 to 110 degrees of flexion.

XRAY of your knee AP and Lateral view,  if required MRI KNEE JOINT

if Tubercular knee,  then you will req management accordingly for tubercukar management

Seems to be generalised weakness with polyarthralgia and myalgia. Needs clinical examination . You can consult online for further advise. Wishes
