Pain in bones

Hi, I encounter pain in my bones with respect to my previous consultation almost 4 years back my bone density came less. Can you suggest me some test and medication for the same. I am a vegan and don't consume dairy products.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Keep no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. --. Fomentation with warm water. Get a fresh bone densitometry test done.

You will need to get a new bone density test as treatment cannot rely on 4 year old reports. Treatment can only be started after a consultation with recent bone density report.
